Brief description of events: The vessel, an LPG Tanker laden with about 1,585 mtons of cargo and in transit from Bilbao, Spain to Terneuzen, The Netherlands, lost her rudder. Owners contracted sea going tug APL FORWARD to tow the casualty to her final destination.

Brief description of events: Whilst under tow, the tow line parted during bad weather and sea-state conditions. Subsequently the barge grounded in a nature reserve. Finnish based Salvors Alfons Hàkans were awarded the LOF salvage contract and invoked the SCOPIC Clause. Barge successfully refloated on the 19th of January 2020.

Brief description of events: Whilst waiting to enter Songdong port, to load a cargo of steel, the vessel grounded during severe weather and sea state conditions, resulting in a damaged hull. Subsequently water entered the cargo holds resulting in a portside list. The Master decided to abandoned the vessel and all 18 crewmembers were safely rescued. Finally, the vessel capsized and sank in a water depth of about 30 meters.

Brief description of events: Whilst departing from the port with about 4,200 cars on board the vessel developed a severe list to portside and subsequently capsized and grounded in the entrance channel to the port. All crew members, of which some were trapped in the engine room compartment were rescued. OPA-90 providers Donjon-SMIT entered into a LOF contract with the Owners and invoked the SCOPIC Clause.

Brief description of events: On her final voyage to Chittagong, where she was supposed to be scrapped, the rig, whilst being towed, developed a list and subsequently capsized in the Bay of Bengal. After a few days floating in a capsized position the rig sunk.

Brief description of events: Whilst on the way from Sardinia to Saint-Tropez, the yacht went aground and started to take water. The Skipper decided to beach her and requested for salvage assistance. The yacht was refloated and towed to Propriano port, where she was handed over to her Owners.

Brief description of events: The casualty dragged anchor and beached on a breakwater. Owners contracted Greek Salvors Mega Tugs and signed a LOF salvage agreement. Salvors immediately invoked the SCOPIC Clause and managed to refloat the casualty and delivered her safely alongside.

Brief description of events: The vessel, whilst on her way from Hamburg to Casablanca, encountered a cargo fire. Despite firefighting efforts of the crew and tugs in the vicinity, the casualty became engulfed in flames and subsequently sunk to a water depth of about 4,700 meters. Owners entered into a LOF salvage agreement with Salvors Ardent, whom invoked the SCOPIC Clause.

Brief description of events: The casualty, a Diving Support vessel, grounded whilst approaching an anchorage in Palau and encountered hull damages. She required to be towed to a ship repair facility in the Philippines.

Brief description of events: The casualty became involved in a collision with MT ANTEA and incurred collision damages. The crewmembers decided to abandon and were reportedly rescued shortly afterwards. As a result of water ingress, the casualty lost its stability and subsequently capsized in relative shallow waters, about 10 Nm north of Pulau Bintan, Indonesia.

Brief description of events: The vessel encountered a cargo fire whilst in transit from Shekou to Singapore. Salvors Ardent were contracted and signed a LOF salvage contract with the Owners. Once the fire was under control the casualty could proceed to Singapore where all containers were discharged in the Brani Terminal.

Brief description of events: The vessel made contact with the quayside and another vessel while anchored off Noro, New Georgia Island, A GSC Salvage Surveyor was appointed by the H&M Underwriters to conduct the on site damage inspections.

Brief description of events: The vessel capsized whilst performing dredging operations. The vessel was towed by local tugs to the coast line. China based Salvors Guangzhou Salvage were contracted to parbuckle the vessel and redeliver her in a floating condition.
